This is album is full of ghosts, with songs both hopeful and desolate, coming backwards from some place in the future.
Some think hauntings are caused by "loud" or traumatic events that have occurred in the past, and echo forward through time and space, leaving their trace on people and places like a faint scent in the air.
These songs ripple outward from the violent impact of huge, crashing emotions, leaving spectral imprints on the walls of shadowy bedrooms and tiny car caves, wherever they are played. And the emotional states that splash loudest often happen in that desperate place where hope and hopelessness collide and clash within the soul.
